&PROUD is our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT+) employee network which aims to support LGBT+ people across Dentsu Aegis’ 3,500 workforce by ensuring an inclusive and diverse culture where staff feel able to be their true self at work. Find out more.
Being so close to Regent’s Park, each year we host a Sports Day that brings teams together for a fun and friendly competition including challenging races requiring contestants to coordinate use of wheelbarrows, 'egg and spoon', bean bags and running while being tied together for three-legged races and more.
Each year, we encourage employees to prioritise health and wellbeing by hosting Wellness Month. The four-week series of fun and educational sessions, ranges from Yoga, Pilates and Self Defence to Zumba and Pole Dancing designed to keep staff feeling, healthy, active and energetic.
WOMEN & LEADERSHIP
In 2015, we launched the Women and Leadership programme to support our drive globally for greater diversity and inclusion across Dentsu Aegis. Our aim – through this programme and by fostering a culture where women can become leaders on their own terms – is to enable more women to progress into senior leadership roles.
FUNDRAISING THROUGH SPORT
This year, runners from across our Manchester and Leeds offices took part in the Great Manchester Run, the largest 10k run in Europe. The team of over 200 runners were fundraising for Booth Centre, a charity which offers advice, support and activities to Manchester's homeless people, and raised an incredible £31,000.
Route 500 is our high potential development program for all Dentsu Aegis Network employees globally. The aim of the program is to identify our future leaders and help them to build their capability and perform at a higher level to accelerate their career.
BUSINESS IN THE COMMUNITY
We are members of Business in the Community’s race and gender equality campaigns. BITC members work together to tackle a wide range of issues that are essential to creating a fairer society and a more sustainable future.
STONEWALL DIVERSITY CHAMPION
As a Stonewall Diversity Champion, we are one of 700 organisations across the UK working with Stonewall to create workplaces that truly embrace equality, diversity and inclusion for the LGBT+ community.
In partnership with Project Dirt, we offer teams the opportunity to make a difference by taking a half, or a full day, out of the office to help local community organisations, charities and environmental projects with outdoor, get-your-hands-dirty tasks. It's a fun, team-building day out that has a positive impact on the communities involved.
